I was also worried about Parcelforce after reading all the bad reviews. Nevertheless, I decided that Parcelforce is the better choice than UPS; both companies were the cheapest ones on Parcel2go for sending an international delivery from the UK to Germany. I send three boxes à 19 kg, in one of them a delicate flatscreen TV. Long story short, all of the boxes arrived in Germany Berlin within less than 48 hours which is absolutely amazing and on top of that, all boxes were undamaged including my beloved flatscreen TV. What more do you want?
