Listen I hope to save someone the time, heart ache, stress, unreliable service. I used this Parcelforce to send out a very important tender using their guaranteed delivery options. Thinking it would arrive and as they were local to me it would be convenient. Don't bother, instead call one of the many companies who will pick it up and actually deliver on time. When I mentioned this to someone else they told me they too would never use them after the bad service they offer.
