“Parcelforce Worst courier in UK”

I have been the victim of the post office off-shoot courier in sending(parcel returned to me after a detour to N. Ireland) and receiving(parcel not received yet,may be going back to sender in Denmark).Parceforce is a joke. The website offers you options to redirect, which I tried on several occasions with absolutely no luck. I will be using more reliable couriers in future, for time critical work.
