only used twice, both international, paid for express 48 hour delivery.
First one they couldn't get it together to turn up to pick up the item, or to give me a receipt/invoice as their on line system did not work
Second one the item sat at bristol depot for nearly 24 hours, then it took two days from leaving the UK until arriving in sweeden then after arriving in swedish depot it took 4 days to be delivered. so it took 6 days to be delivered and no-one i talked to could tell me a reason why any of the the three unacceptable delays in the chain happened.
