Collection and delivery executed fine, but the time 'windows' for both are too wide - anytime between 7.30am and 5.30pm which makes it very difficult for both sender and recipient. Other firms will narrow this down (DPD will issue a one-hour time-slot) which can make the (usually) higher cost very worthwhile. Booking over internet was pretty hassle-free.
