I have used your service several times now, and it has never let me down. I spend a few weeks away, and to avoid airline hold charges, and the endless wait by the baggage reclaim, I send quite a bit of household goods and clothing by your parcel services. The parcel is always there within three days, and has always been picked up from the UK when promised. It's a very useful service too, as at each end I'm in the depths of the country and don't really want to drive miles with a heavy parcel, to a depot. I always take a list of contents and make sure that there is adequate addressing inside the parcel before I send. Very satisfied all round.
