It has been 3weeks and over 15 emails item has not yet been picked up and now unanswered emails for 4 days. Forms required use jargon which is not explained and when all documents required are requested they are never provided in a single email. The worst experience I have ever had in shipping between countries. No way to access customer service online and 4 copies of a form is simply ridiculous when the information is repeated on every type of form. Bottom line I am responsible for customs clearance of my items and I will be charged duty if required. This is robbery three weeks to get pick up but the overpriced charge of 159£, well that was debited immediately.
