2 months past delivery date all Im getting is a nonsense copy and paste emails and no action whatsoever. Appalling level of service. The parcel was important, and I will file a claim in the small case court this weekend.

Hurray!!! 50th day,,, finished half century and there is no sign of my parcel. it cost me 225 for the item and £64 to send through a speedy premium service!!
All the documents were submitted , I can’t believe in this modern day , their couriers are struggling and taking weeks to communicate...
Submitted all the documents they asked for still they can not confirm the whereabouts of my parcel..NO sign of efforts to settle the claim which submitted 16th of november. Useless company !! PARCEL2GO TO HELL
