Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a 1-3 day courier to take something to Italy for £20. After 2 weeks it still hadn't been delivered and still nobody can tell me why. The person I was sending the package to is no longer at that address so I've asked to have it returned to me and they're making me pay £12 to return it.
I've asked for some kind of refund and they've been really rude even though they can't tell me why they never delivered my package. Do NOT use this company - it's not right to charge you for returning items that they don't deliver. I've read this elsewhere since numerous times.
