Unfortunately LAZADA changed his delivery service from LBC to parcel2go.
First experience very bad !
I ordered three GARDENA gardening tools at LAZADA.
2go delievered only the rake !
No handle for the rake !
No branch cutter !
Maybe the guy from 2go has his own business with stolen goods ? Maybe !
The LAZADA system showed up all delivered ! FRAUGHT !
I asked LAZADA to send a copy of the receiving papers with signature !
NO RESPONSE ! NO CUSTOMER CARE !
I recommend stop shoping with LAZADA – I will never order again !
I bought the missing/stolen items yesterday in CEBU.
Surprise CHEAPER and you pay when you get it ! No cheat possible !

I can give you the LAZADA Order Number
Only the rake and the vertilizer arrived ! I ordered refund for the rest !
The 2go number is not shown in LAZADA and I do not keep the letters and empty parcels !
