6 laptops were collected at the same time and scanned in. That was the last record of any of them. I have been going through the insurance procedure for the last week.4 were settled after a few days, the remainder are still being investigated 10 days later. I have given my bank details for a BAC's payment on the 4 settled claims 3 days ago. Still no insurance payment has been received. This is the first time I have used p2g, and of course will be the last.
Do yourself a favor and use a more reputable courier. There is no such thing as a better value deal that they advertise.
