Appalling non existent customer service, just take payment and that's the last they want to know. Standard response to every customer complaint on here and other sites, blaming everyone else. Well as a matter of law Parcel2go are responsible because it is them who are offering the service and taking payment.

If you could provide your parcel reference number (beginning with ‘P2G’), I’d be more than happy to contact the courier for you to find out the current status of your parcel. You can email me with your P2G number.

That's a response a full 3 weeks later, even slower than your service. Now me being a tad cynical I am wondering if your reply has anything to do with me escalating my issues through Paypal which you didn't have the courtesy to reply to either??
