Fingers crossed 3rd time's a charm!
Have used Parcel2Go regularly over the past few years but this last disaster is one step too far, especially when you have customers on the other end of an order waiting for delivery. I have booked for collection twice with no result. Now waiting on a third collection day, tomorrow, which already adds an additional working week to delivery time. UNACCEPTABLE! I will go elsewhere from now on, Transglobal has never let me down and I foolishly went with a couple of pounds saving this time. Now I know why it's cheaper, you get what you pay for. Go elsewhere is my advice!
