ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE

I initially asked parcel to go to collect my EBAY purchase from Yarm and deliver it to Grantham on 7 Jul. It was supposed to be delivered two days later. 7 days down the line it was reported as missing, location unknown. Trying to speak to someone was not an option. You can email parcel to go, or use a live chat that cuts out 9 times out of 10, but actually trying to physically speak to a person doesn't happen! My parcel was eventually found on 26 July and it was only 2 days ago I found out it was located in Germany. At the time we were on holiday so seeing as the parcel was a caravan awning I requested it be delivered to the caravan park in the New Forrest. By the Friday it had not arrived so I requested it be redirected to our house address. Today, 4 days after that request I have now found out that it has been delivered to the caravan park. I am now going to travel the four hours myself to collect it. PARCEL TO GO ARE AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. DON'T USE THEM.
