A Well packed collectable collected from Blackpoolon 2 March. Item sent back to the sender on 5 March and taken away by the driver. He must be known and asked what he then did with the parcel. 10 March reported missing, no further tracking recorded. Follow up hastening resulted in a big Negative and being retired,a bit slow regarding computer workings found your claiming rather confusing and impossible to understand and unable to provide the documentary evidence you required to get any compensation, the package was purchased off ebay @ £25. I receive quite a lot from Hermes and have found the local reps good however, this was my first attempt at arranging my own collection and am not very impressed with the follow-up investigation and inability to provide details using the postal system instead of relying solely on this media. This has been written as a result of an email hailing your service , received today. I shall not be using you again to pick up anything.
