Parcel sent on 19th Nov.sent to wrong depot on 23rd returned to hub on 25th then lost track.Webchat took 7 days and different person each time. They treat you like an imbecile and fob you off with standard script,just told me to fill in lost parcel claim form.Impossible to talk to anyone.Absolute nightmare.One to be very much avoided
