Complete Joke

I have had a parcel sitting here for a week that should have picked up next day with a premium paid for the next day delivery. A week later and false 'promises' made by P2GO that they would get picked up definitely the following day, I have now had enough and have had to sack them and take my whole parcel service elsewhere. Some of my customers are waiting a week or more for their parcel. No remorse or apologies from them (which I didn't expect) I asked to be in touch with a manager but they won't pass me on and all I get is their usual response. There is no follow up, they don't contact you, their customer service is absolute rubbish. I have demanded a refund and also compensation. I have transcripts from the many 'conversations' on their Live Chat. We are on a industrial park and I have spread the word round not to use P2GO under any circumstances.
PLEASE AVOID if you value your business!!
