i PAID £13.45 (11.45 + £2 COMPENSATION COVER) FOR yodel24 delivery.
one day passed, no parcel, on second day I contacted customer service by LiveChat, was told their fault, they re-arranged collection and parcel will be delivered today, Ok, but I NEEDED IT IT YESTERDAY, AND I PAID FOR IT. Parcel arrived, I contacted Parcel2Go customer service regarding their cervice failure and compensation for it,
THEY SAID NO COMPENSATION, SERVICE WAS DONE, EVEN IF NOT IN TIME I PAID FOR, AND DISCONNECTED LIVE CHAT,

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ANYMORE, you will lose your money, once they get paid they do not care about you anymore
I paid by PayPal and opened dispute against them now.....
