needed a parcel collected and delivered from Cumbria to West Yorkshire. Unfortunately fell foul to the Parcel terrible service and lack of direct contact to try and correct things.
No collection on two different occasions and no delivery either which follows if collection has not been completed.
No phone contact as they are as they said on-line only which was not made clear at the start.
The seller took two days to wait for their collection which failed on both days.
As a buyer I did wait for two days on different occasions for delivery that did not take place
Please, Please avoid if you want a decent service
There is nothing that one can like about this kind of service.
