Don't use them!!!

I recently sent a pushchair to the UK with parcel monkey...big mistake! Yes on a positive the pushchair arrived undamaged. However, yesterday I got an email from them stating they had taken a further £44.02 for extra weight!! The pushchair was weighed and checked online with Amazon the weight of the pushchair to confirm and it was under 10kg that was the attraction in the first place to purchase this item. Again like other reviews which I have since read, Parcel monkey claimed my parcel had been scanned and it weighed.30kg!!!!!! My pushchair couldn't have weighed that if my grandson was sitting in it!!!!!! I have put this in the hands of my bank to reclaim my money and to stop any further payments if they try anything else. I however did take a picture of my parcel and therefore can prove my claim. I am a good person and I so angry that I have been cheated in this way...its steeling.........DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
