Didn't deliver & haven't returned parcel 4 months later

I am currently in China, and so wanted some items sent to me (clothes, shoes, Sony Stereo speakers, headphones, Institute magazines, bank letters, bank debit card, Christmas gift from my brother and more).

I paid for the delivery service using Parcelmonkey using my own debit card, a 'middleman' courier company. You must understand that I have used them before for domestic deliveries, and I had no issues! So I trusted that everything would be OK if I used them to send my things from the UK to Shanghai China. The courier selected was Parcelforce (using Parcelmonkey)

As of this date my parcel which was paid for on the 21st of March 2017 was never delivered to me in China nor has it been returned to the sender address in the UK . It is currently the 23rd of June 2017.

Parcelmonkey refuse's to tell me where my parcel is and how much longer I have to wait to have it returned to the sender address. They have since blocked me on twitter, since I was advised to publicise my ordeal with them on twitter as I was getting nowhere through their online message service.

I am now getting BBC Watchdog and my local MP involved.
