I would not advice anyone to send a parcel in UK or overseas with Parcel monkey. My parcel never arrived at destination on time. The service is not reliable. The customer service is not efficient and not able to deal with queries quickly . It took days to raise my issue to them and at the end my problem was not even resolved.
