Horrendous service, they have taken well over 3 weeks so far to deliver 3 packages from Liverpool to Malaga Spain, the two that did arrive where in pieces, and I am still missing one package :(

No back up service, no help line, eventually when I did receive a reply to my email it just said sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please do not use this company ever you are left totally on your own not knowing anything about your missing packages.
