I had some urgent documents to send to my teenage son in Costa Rica. DHL and Fedex offered a similar service for a similar price but I chose parcel monkey because they offer tracking and a 3 -4 day express service. What a mistake.They did not provide any tracking and after 2 days i found out that the parcel had gone less than 60 miles. It took all morning to get them to confirm they could not deliver it within 6 days and at this point they have not confirmed that the documents will be returned to me. They also have not offered me a refund.
My son is now in a VERY difficult position.
