Parcel Monkey just couldn't arrange a simple collection of a parcel - TWICE! Wasted 2 whole days with them and was worried that I would not fulfil my customer's order; in the end I had to make alternative arrangements to fulfil a customer's order. There isn't even a phone number provided to speak to a team member - not very reassuring I must say. I am still waiting for Parcel Monkey to address my complaint and give me a refund (which I don't think they will). Waste of my working time & money
