Booked a parcel delivery to Italy to send in non remote area using exact measurements, weight and value of parcel, after parcel was delivered they charged me extra and took it out of my credit card without my consent.

They should not make the customer pay for their mistakes and fix their website with the appropriate prices.

Will not be using again.
