I sent five parcels costing £80 each three were badly damaged by CITY-LINK courier service two parcels had the fragile tape removed so the damage must of been inspected via the courier service then they retaped the boxes and even after damaging the goods they still posted them on! i was given three days to make a claim and then was informed i could not claim as i had not posted the proof of purchase on there web site after a further two days i had to rebook all items back another £80 loss PARCEL MONKEY WERE VERY UNHELPFUL and so was CITY-LINK no apologises and no help! i am now at a loss for £380 i took extra insurance out on these parcels what on earth for?
