Parcel monkey have appalling service.
I used them to get an eBay item, a freezer, delivered to me. On booking, I received an email stating the item must be boxed and bubble wrapped. This was not mentioned prior to booking. So be warned- they will not accept items with 'any part of the item exposed to air'. Knowing that I could not ask the seller to box up a freezer, I tried in vain to cancel the order. Parcelmonkey do not have a telephone service and there is no option to cancel on their website. For a courier service, this is odd and makes for a very frustrating morning!
