Send many parcel with parcel monkey and they charge me extra money on 4 of them.. 3 i accepted i might have weigh or measured wrong but then they charged £24 extra on my card. when i tried to complain Mr Matt the one man show completley refused to listen... my parcel was under 2k but they put it through as 9.4 kg... please... please stay away from them... there trick is to get your card detail and then charge you money whenever they like... there is no procedure to complain or to raise it with anyone...
i have lost more then £50 in total..
