“Hopeless, lost me business”

For the second time I booked a next day delivery and City Link did not show up as arranged to collect. You call City Link and they dont want to knowm they say call Parcel Monkey who have no way of calling via phone. Then to add insult ti injury the collection was NOT made the second day.

PAY PEANUTS, GET MONKEYS!!!
