My story is the same as others here.

Seems PM don't pass on the collection dates to City Link and or work on a first come first serve system where a driver has X parcels to pick up and if you 'next day collection' is over their limit they simply don't collect.

The tracking function links back to the courier website directly but it would be handy to have the reference number for the courier on the shipping label.

My suggestion, pay £1 more go to interparcel and use UPS never ever had a problem with UPS.

PM shape up, your competition is doing it a lot better for very little less.
