i recently used Parcelflight to send a parcel to Australia . i had never sent a parcel there before so i was unsure about the procedure. i called there office and spoke to Brian who was very helpful nothing seemed a problem
and he quickly gave me a quote and talked me through the order from start to finish . he said he would email me a cutoms form which i got instantly and i didnt have to wait long for my label to arrive. my parcel was collected promptly that day and arrived safely 5 days later. i would recommend Parcelflight no problem and i have to say that brian was very helpful,
polite and true to his word . thank you parcelflight for excellent customer service .
