I sent a parcel, the recipient didn't receive it. I reported it to MPD using the "report a problem" feature. They said be in touch soon. Four days later nothing, tried using Live chat: no-one available. Used "submit a ticket": they say reply in 2 to 4 hours. Nothing. Yesterday emailed them. Nothing. I rang Collect+ who MPD had placed the order with, they refuse to discuss as order was with MPD. So what can you do when this lot just ignore reports of problems. The worst firm I have ever used: be sure to place your parcel business direct with a courier company and do not be tempted to use this shower.

Shortly after writing this they did contact me and have sorted out. nevertheless wouldn't use them again as communication is dreadful.
