“Never collect Parcels”

Expecting a driver to arrive to collect a parcel..... think again, you will pay your money but from my experience a driver will NOT arrive to collect your parcel, rebook for the following day.... still no collection, rebook for a third time and fingers crossed.... but STILL NO COLLECTION.
Wasted three days sitting in for a driver to collect and the customer service is terrible. Ask for a refund, forget it, they will credit your account for use on another booking !!!
Wish I had never stumbled across this company.
Time for the bank to step in to recover my monies.
