I have been using My hermes for some months now but recently mu percentage of breakages and lost parcels has increased significantly.
I liked hermes because they were a good price good weights and measurement and parcel shop drop off, so no need to stay in.
My percentage of losses has gone to 50% in the past two weeks!!!! Parcel packaging damaged, squashed and holes punched in them,,,,
Do the couriers just throw them in the van....
Customer services take ages to respond and then blame it on you or customer!!!! How can they loss parcels and it be yourself. Promised refunds never show up.
Rubbish rubbish rubbish... Now look of an alternative courier as I spend a lot but they have lost my business
And of course no compensation because pretty much nothing is covered.
