TERRIBLE SERVICE AGAIN AVOID USING THEM

I only wrote a negative report about myhermes in July this year. This time (October) they have lost my package completely. The usual stuff, order item get email telling me it is on the way. Next email 29/09 telling me they are expecting my parcel. 04/10 Centrally sorted it was meant to be delivered on the 4th. 05/10 Parcell regionally sorted. 11th package still not delivered, call the help line and get the usual answer once the package number is inserted "Sorry this service is experiencing difficulties at the moment".
Wow, how many times have I heard that message. I checked with the ebay seller and at the same time I checked their reviews and noticed that most of the bad reviews were from customers that have not received the items they bought, I wonder why. Any one who uses myhermes are taking a big risk of having their items lost and having to reimburse their customers. I can't emphasise this enough, DON'T USE THEM. From now on if I am purchasing anything online I try to ascertain which postal service the seller is using. If they are using myhermes I ask and will pay more if need be for them to use another delivery method.
