If you are a courier company, you should be able collect a parcel when you agreed you would and then deliver it. Myhermes cannot do this. Worst still they hide any phone numbers from you so you can't even ring them. They have a webchat system which is hopeless and offer you a 24-48 hours slot to resolve your problem! Even after this period nothing happens. Avoid this company at all costs.
