Good overall experience

I needed a car shipped from St. Paul, MN to St. Louis, MO and Montway's rate was very competitive compared to the other bids I received. They were upfront that this trip was not a regular route for them and that it would be brokered out (KLI Express out of Chicago). KLI picked up the car next day and had it delivered ahead of my required date for the car. My only complaints was the lack of notification time when picking up the car; Montway told me 24-48 hrs would be given before pickup but I received an email about 2 hours before pickup. The dealer whom I bought the car from did not have enough time to do a complete cleanup before the car was shipped. second complaint was KLI did not use any type of paper or plastic covering for the driver's side floor mat so it was a little dirty when I received the car. Overall, I think both companies did an very good job to get the car to me within my time frame and at reasonable cost.
