I called Montway for an estimate. Immediately, a real-live person picked up the phone. That was important to me because I had special circumstances that need explanation. Several other competitors were so difficult to get through to, that I just quit and moved on. The estimate was well within my price range. I booked online and then was kept informed via timely e-mails.
I've had plenty of cars moved, some were not so great experiences because either the driver or the company doesn't keep you informed. Well, that wasn't the case here. The driver called me a day before he planned to pick up the car and let me know how things would play out of the weather cooperated. It did. My car left Central Florida on a Tuesday evening and arrived in Detroit on a Thursday morning. It was shipped enclosed for $500 less than the next closest estimate. And it got here as fast as could be expected. Am I thrilled and pleased? You bet. My driver was (name removed). he is the best.
