There are 3 collection/Delivery points in my area. All were full, no empty boxes available. Drove in a circle covering a total of 98miles in order deposit a parcel at no4. This is not cheap considering the price of petrol.Collection from final delivery was 1 hour after deposit, Fantastic I thought. 3 days later the parcel is out for delivery. Not delivered. Again and again I read it was out for delivery. That was 3 weeks ago and still no parcel.I would never use this method again. There are not enough boxes to cater for the number of parcels, collection times are erratic and not posted at station points. Customers are not informed of delayed deliveries. The areas I am talking about are: Morrisons- Cowdenbeath, Halbeath Junction -Dunfermline, Fife Retail Park- Kirkaldy. Sucess at Morrisons in Glenrothes. The check system did not tell me these places were full. A complete afternoon wasted and the item now appears to be lost.

This so-called company should be shut down or held against the trades description act. They offer a next day delivery service but 1) fail to collect on the day they commit to; 2) fail to deliver the day after they have collected; 3) simply mark the consignments as "delayed" and "contact the sender" - even for the sender's tracking view! 4) do not provide any kind of customer support. This has happened on repeated uses, mainly through trying again because they ultimately reply saying that this is a one-off and they will do better next time! I will add them to my block list to avoid using them again.

I cannot understand how any business can be allowed to carry on trading when they are as bad as this one..... paid for a 2 day turn around of collection then delivery but instead i get a migrane and approaching a week later 2 failed collections with no contact whatsoever along with me out of pocket, how is this allowed ? hmm might set up my own parcel company and just take money eh ?

Putting it nicely this company is disgusting , all they had to do was collect then drop off a parcel with a two day turnaround , nearly a week later nothing has happened and stories have been told along with wages lost due to no show couriers and no contact whatsoever from this Vile company.... dont be a mug like me just avoid them

I got two attempted collections by Ipostparcel, first time I missed it in the morning. Second time the driver was no shown during the collection time. Then I asked for a third re-collection. Then Ipostparcel canceled my order for that. That should be fine for Ipostparcel to refund all the orders that made by the clients and didn't care about their own business. But I still want to make a written complaint for the driver and the Customer Service Advisor. Please let me know how I could have a senior staff to discuss my case. Thanks Here is the reply from IPostparcel on 16/1/19 I have checked the GPS and can advise the driver attempted at your address, as the collection was attempted on two occasions, the collection has now been cancelled and the service point have advised the driver will not be collecting shipment I have issued a full refund on the shipment, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to show back in your account. I’ve used these to send parcels to the US for about three years, during which my complaints would only be virtually no useful tracking info for out of the UK parcels, very variable delivery times and a poor contact form on their web site. I could handle that as their prices are good and I don’t expect everything. I don’t expect parcels to disappear though, which they’ve just done with three paintings in the same month! When they do disappear, I expect some customer service, which 6 weeks later is non-existent, unless you like being given the runaround. Their chat is ok, WHEN it's available. This will mean 10 days repainting of lost art work if the pictures are not found. I won’t be using them again.

TOTALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WEDDING PACKAGE NEVER DELIVERED AND WILL NOW BE DESTROYED I recently used this company to send a wedding present to Thailand. I gave plenty of time. They said 4./5 days delivery. I sent on 25th Jan, to this date it has not arrived. After posting it I started getting comms from the company. Saying variously, the parcel has arrived. The parcel could not be delivered. Asking me to contact them urgently. The only way I could do this was by email and they were not in any rush getting back to me. So weeks went by till I got another series of message. One again saying it had been delivered and another saying it was refused for at delivery. I contact my cousin who was getting married and it was never refuse because it was never delivered. After a while I heard back from them saying I had to pay £53 in duty or the packet would be held by them or destroyed till it was. NEVER AT ANY POINT DID THEY TELL ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY ON A GIFT - THEIR ONLINE GIFT GUIDE DOES NOT MENTION THIS AT ALL. I arranged for the package to be delivered and the duty to be paid. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD NEVER TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THIS OR THIS WAS THE REASON FOR THE DELAY. We waited and waited and delivery arranged but never turned up. Now my cousin who is on honeymoon in Europe for a month. I receive another message from them saying I now had to pay £73 to get the package returned to me in the UK!!!! I have already paid £40 for it not to be delivered in Thailand. I think we all know the answer to that one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY COMMUNICATION IS IMPOSSIBLE EXCEPT ON THEIR TERMS. IF THEY CHOOSE TO GET Back to you. They do not turn up when they say they will. Do not deliver and send out messages unrelated to the actual situation. MY COUSIN IS MARRIED ON HONEYMOON AND THE HAND MADE BOWLS I SPENT MONTHS MAKING PACKING AND SENDING WILL BE DESTROYED? WHO KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THEM OR WHERE THEY ARE.

Second day of wiaiing in for a parcel to be collected in a 12.30 -2.30 collection slot. The firm's promises are like poe crust, even when they phone to say they're on the way tey do'nt turn up- useless ! Will cancel the order and comtact a EFFICIENT firm of curriers tomorrow.

Parcels are NEVER collected on the booked day or time arranged. Impossible to contact anyone in customer service. You cannot either confirm a driver is coming or even complain! Sent over 10 messages and received no replies. Wasted days waiting all day each day of the supposed pick up on more than one occasion. NEVER had a good experience and I have foolishly given them more than a few chances.

I booked a pickup for Wednesday 29 December. Since on their website they state customers would be sent a timeslot on the morning of the pickup/delivery I was waiting for that but I never got any. So I started to try and get hold of their so-called Customer Service, both on Twitter and on Facebook because there is no phone number. About an hour in I was asked for the consignment numbers which I provided straight away, and then nothing. For 3 hours just silence. 4 hours in still no update. Called the local depot in Croydon and was promised the parcels would be picked up before the end of the day. 7.30pm came and I was still waiting. Called the depot again and was told the local driver just arrived back there. Then I was told I was in luck and someone would do the pickup within half an hour. 8.30pm came and I was still waiting. Called them again and was told all drivers had gone home for the day. The next morning I was given several excuses ranging from system problem to a wrong driver got the information about the pickup to the usual driver didn't show up and for some reason the replacement driver didn't pick the parcels up. I then cancelled the order at 9.30am on Thursday and yet the UKMail driver showed up at my house in the afternoon. I informed him but was still sent an email the next morning telling me they'd attempt the pickup again. The depot then told me that they were not informed of the cancellation. The service provided by them is absolutely appalling and I would give 0 stars if I could!

When things go wrong???? Sent a parcel to Glasgow which arrived smashed I paid for insurance but was told it wasn’t covered They were happy to take my money for the cover. It doesn’t cover glass pottery or anything not flat packed There is no one to contact just email rhetoric. I have an unhappy customer and am £300 down. Looking at the damage the item has been thrown or dropped from a huge height This company may be cheap but it’s very amateur

Sometimes it can be daunting dealing with companies on line in case of any problems that may arise and without a telephone contact but in this instance the contact form system works very well as there are efficient and professional staff there to help, should you need it. Very impressed.

I sent a parcel to Germany with this company, but they failed to deliver, quoting that the parcel was not addressed correctly and they could not find the house. I checked and the parcel was addressed correctly, i gave them the buyers phone number and email address so they could contact him to arrange delivery. I even sent them pictures of the house showing the house number and the buyers name plate. But they told me they parcel was being returned. I suppose i could live with that, even though they had failed to provide the service i had paid them for. In reality i should be claiming my payment back for failing to provide that service. Yet they tell me i will need to pay an extra £41 for my parcel to be returned. There customer service is appalling, you never get to talk to anyone, only get emails. Watch out if you have a problem, THEY DO NOT CARE

They ask you to select a day and then don't bother to collect on that day. Waste of time and you can't contact them except by email. I emailed at 0930 Tuesday and the automatic response said they aim to respond within in one working day. It is now the end of day two and I haven't had a response yet. Don't bother.

Time and money to waste then this is the company for you, fancy a gamble on whether your parcel gets collected or delivered. Just try cancelling order when they don't collect parcel as arranged twice or when the delivery van arrives to deliver without your parcel which is booked onto it, intrigued!!! all included to challenge the expectations of a discerning customer expecting to receive a service. Think of the 'Pony Express' and you will be disappointed. Anxiety is the key word, if you book through this company and do not like anxiety I suggest meditation because you will have a lot of time to meditate whilst awaiting your service.

I have used this company 4 times to send parcels to China, USA and Germany. Excellent prices, very reliable, always on time and deliveries made well within stipulated dates. By far and away the best courier I have used. Highly recommended

Great service from IPostParcel/UKMail; I ordered on the 4th May, was given an 1hr time slot, they came as claimed & picked. I could instantly track the journey. My parcel was delivered to its destination (Nigeria) on the 9th May… Only 2 working days. I definitely will recommend the service to anyone.

Absolutely diabolical service and ZERO CUSTOMER support - Do not use this useless excuse for a delivery company. Sent package on 27th February and after supplying all customs information at least 4 times the package is being returned because THEY DIDN'T Pass any information on.....Guess what ?.....I now have to pay for the return too - ABSOLUTELY USELESS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!

Second that, terrible, do not trust DHL or ipostparcels, with your goods. Pay a little more and get your parcel delivered,, DHL and ipostparcels, have no customer service and do not compensate for lost parcels they also to not respect the contents. Long barge pole.
