We don`t all have printers so i was impressed by the fact they will bring labels to you . the first time they did not bring any , ok mistakes happen, the second time no labels. driver had to be talked into taking it! , the 3rd occasion he refused to take it !. even though labels had been paid for i still have my parcel. Customer service is shoddy and slow with an average 4 hour response time. i ended up having to take one the post office in the end. unless you have a printer. don`t bother!… Read Full Review

If you are going to send parcels on a regular basis, then I would suggest you to invest £20/£30 and buy yourself a second hand printer from a charity shop. This will make your life easy. Buy HP printer and you can buy printer cartridges on eBay for less than half the price at shops. Sometimes the charity shop printers also have ink cartridges already installed, so you do not have to buy any. Make sure that the printer has a power cable. You will also need drivers for the printer to work with your computer, which you can google (type in drivers for HP000- model number of printer) and download it from the internet. Good Luck. Regards

Have used IPost Many many many times to ship products for my business. Unfortunately they are extremely hit and miss. It depends on the driver they send on the day and the delivery driver at the other end. I think they just employ anyone that has a valid driving licence regardless of experience or otherwise. Ive had packages smashed to bits, go missing, half a package arrive at the other end (how is that even possible!), thrown, kicked - all manner of undesirable outcomes. “Helped me bigtime!!”

I messed up by not printing off or ordering the barcode lables so when the driver took my parcel i had no receipt or tracking number and he said that he would sort things out at the depot.Only after he had gone did i look at these reviews,then i worried.I could not log into site and had no tracking number to see where my parcel was. Used to use them all the time and not a lot of problems (great prices as well). Within last 2 months they have become unreliable, loosing parcels, delivery being 2-3 days on all parcels we sent on a next day service and sometimes just holding parcels for no apparent reason for weeks without attempting delivery. Their email support is terrible. If you ring the UKMail telephone number to report a problem (they are the same company) you get fobbed off back to their email support with claims… Read Full Review

Next day delivery, I drove 50mile round trip to Tunbridge Wells depot. Did customer recieve part next day, nope still at depot. Next day, tracking said delivery tried and failed, customer went berserk and rang regional office and asked for decription of property were he lived, guess what, driver couldn't remember. After numerous threats of legal action parcel delivered. Don't give up. Go to ipostparcels website and at the bottom of the page there is a link to 'Terms and Conditions'. Click on this and it will open a pdf document. On the second page at serial 22, 'Contacting Us' has the full details of them including their telephone number. Write your complaint addressed to the 'Compliance Manager' (not Complaints Manager) and send it by Recorded Delivery. I hope this will do the trick. There are further procedures to take this forwarded and I hope that will resolve this matter without letting you take further action. Good Luck.

On Sunday 29th June, I booked for the shipment of a 5.5kg parcel to go from the North West of England to the West Coast of America,California to be exact. Paid for next day collection which was a monday as it was Sat when I placed the order , Parcel not collected found it impossible to phone them and had to use the online contact form. I tried three times to fill in the form for sending a parcel. Each time it refused to move on to Stage 2, for payment. So I went to the local depot fairly near my home. It took half an hour for them to fill in the form, but then they sent me home again with the parcel to answer an email they had sent me. But the link was not recognised. I chose collection and delivery from door to door. They are absolutely unflexible regarding delivery time, it is not possible to choose delivery on a specified date afternoon. Collection supposed to be on a specified date any time a day, no one showed up. Tried to call the company asking about the collection, but it is not possible, need to contact them in writing and they reply within 3 hours. They replied that they will pick it up next day evening. This used to be a good service, we sent dozens of parcels with ipost and were happy. The last few months their service has rapidly declined. We are now left with bad feedback and eBay cases against us due to parcels missing or not being delivered for over a week! They lie about attempted deliveries, faulty scanners, etc… Read Full Review

I arranged for a package to be collected on the 29th April for delivery to France. If I could I would give minus stars! I booked a collection before 12 and a delivery next day before 12. It was collected at 2:30pm and delivery was reschedule to the next day because they "missed the delivery slot" aparently. When I complained I was told it wasn't their fault and when I said well actually it is they got all shirty and told me basically they wouldn't do anything and what was I going to do.
