I sent a parcel to Spain in December, to arrive just after Christmas, with presents for my nephews, toys, books, sweeties,... I contacted this company around 6-8 times because the parcel dis not arrive and there was not update whatsoever on the website, only that if had been dropped off (of course it was, I did it myself!). The parcel was put out ready for the driver to collect on Friday as booked, but only got collected on Monday. The driver never knocked, but I heard him and asked him to acknowledge his collection in future. He was not that happy with my comment, but think he got the message. “Furious against this service”

My parcel to an Ebayer has been in limbo for a week now. The company made two attempted deliveries without carding the recipient who was blissfully unaware of the attempted deliveries. The information online is absolutely unhelpful as it just says "delayed". When we finally realised what was happening the recipient called the courier to rearrange a delivery but missed the courier. failed to turn up on the collection date I then had no response to messages sent. I did find out from the tracking number that collection had been rearranged for the following day, they failed to turn up again! there is no call centre to help and have had no response to messages sent. this company are so bad i have had to rearrange with another courier company but think it will be difficult to get a refund from a company that don't reply to messages… Read Full Review

“Horrific customer service”

'm not sure whether to use this company again. For the first time using it, my experience was not the best. My boxes were supposed to be collected on Wednesday the 22nd of June 2016. I received a text in the morning saying that the delivery driver would arrive between 9:58 - 10:58. I was off work and in all day and kept looking out the window to see if anyone was here. I used Ipost originally to send things in the UK with no problems. On the 3rd occasion I used them to send an item to Italy. This is where it all went badly wrong. The delivery time was supposed to be 3-4 days , however it took two weeks and the customer service was appalling. I was advised by the courier service they use that the package had been sent to the wrong depot by mistake, so one week later my parcel was still in the UK. I have purchased a parcel delivery from this company and my experience is deeply negative. I could not collect the parcel. All they tell me is to try to contact Eurodis (their partner) as they are not able to help any more. I did not pay money to Eurodis, I paid money to Ipostparcels, why should Eurodis even answer me??? Anyways, when I ask the contact number of Eurodis, they say that they do not know. What kind of a partnership is this? What kind of a company does not know a telephone number… Read Full Review

Was delivering to us today - I asked if one box could go in the house and the rest in our stock room - no, couldn't wait. The boxes were still on the van so i never even got to see how they were packed i.e. could I just identify the one box i wanted to repack from the others. I sent a bicycle that I sold on eBay with this iPost Parcels. When it arrived at the buyer he contacted me to tell me that the courier had damaged the parcel. I had taken out the extra insurance so I wasn't too worried because that should have covered the parcel for £1000. After several attempts to contact customer services I managed to put in a claim.
