The worst couriers out there,tried to deliver to me once ,left a card without a phone number on(they try to discourage phoning),re-arranged a new delivery date twice ,waited in ,never showed up,two calls to customer services later (lol!!) 27 mins on hold and then 22 mins on hold ,could get no explanation as to why the parcel was not delevered,let alone an apology!!!.Seven days later still waiting for a re-delivery ,a complete joke .cluless company ,avoid at all costs !!! .Stafford branch... This is a very bad company, they take goods and dont deliver them to costumers and dont tell about it to the senders. I had this problem for 3 times. There is no phone number where you can call and ask questions. If you do it online it takes ages for them to respond and they are not taking any actions too improve them self. rdered an item off ebay , supposedly 2/3 days delivery the 18th .. the 3rd of the next month i get a slip saying they tried to deliver, on enquiring to my sender I was duly informed Iparcels had tried to deliver on my day OFF, and I promise, not a soul was at my door ,,i tried phoning ,, and £ 22.00 later and 3 hours from work ...no answer , it doesnt suprise me that companies like this are outsourcing to India (read more)

So ordered several pickups with these guys on a Thurs for collection on Friday between 1300-1800. Actually was in all day and no one came to collect the parcels at any time and no contact to tell me this either. This glossy new website seems like just another attempt by UKMail to deceive everyone into thinking its a new company with better service. Well it isn't. Nice try UKMail. For everyone else, the message is simple, if you have a company with a poor track record for customer service, just register a new domain name and stick a different design on it and you can get away with it forever more. Have used several times as cheaper than RM parcelforce on occasion, paid extra for time collection and courier turned up outside the allocated time so was missed, had to wait another day for him to return. Can't ever get through checkout with a discount code and this time I can't get a response within 24 hours for an order error so have missed the opportunity to drop off at depot today with other parcels - depot cannot do anything. Got a missed delivery card from ipost parcels saying to collect from my nearest UK Mail depot (miles away). UK Mail are the worst company ever. Called to check it was ready to collect, yet when I got there it was not and was told to return in 4 hours (the depot is nearly an hour round trip from my house). Got a quote on the Tuesday evening for iPost Parcels to pick an item up from me on the Wednesday. Paid for collection 08:00 to 13:00 as opposed to sitting in all day. I was still sat there at 13:45, so I took the parcel to my local depot myself. Guy at the depot was OK, and the parcel got to the other end in a day. Waited in all day for them to collect parcel for a next day delivery - no one came. Called the helpline to find that they had 'pencilled' me in for the wrong day.. System error. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused - had to ask 10 times. The girl on the phone then said that my parcel wasn't collected as they had no delivery driver - so which one was it?? I bought a 36 dinner service set from an eBay seller. The goods were packed well but when the parcel arrived, while it looked ok from the outside, almost the entire contents were broken - some of the items were smashed into such small pieces they were unrecognisable. Claiming a refund from Ipostparcels (with the parcel being insured) is proving almost impossible - even almost a month after first filing the complaint. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!! We decided to try IPOSTPARCELS for the first time yesterday. We are a BUSINESS and we send many parcels. The online quote was £12.94 for 2 small packajes to be collected. Courier was suppose to collect the parcels from 8am-6pm and deliver next day.At 5.20pm we still had the parcels. Booked a slot for collection - 0800 to 1300. (Extra Cost) It is now 20.26, and no sign of collection. Parcel scheduled for next day delivery. This was a very important requirement. Checked my account and it states collection still to be made, and they have also moved the delivery date by 24 hours. Great value parcel service that has not let me down so far. The previous company i used asked me to pay for tickets up front and then went bust so i lost over £200 worth of postage. they lost my first parcel six months ago and stopped answering emails foolishly I used them again, The driver was delivering a parcel to me and picked up mine to send at the same time but didnt give me a receipt. The tracking stuill says "awaiting collection" and the people it was sent to say they did not get it. Van drivers are really good, sadly the company suffers along with everyone else in using the recession to cover bad office staffing levels. They can be murder to get on the phone, but most of all are atrocious at sorting complaints. You would expect it to be EASY go online and set up account then arrange a collection/delivery of a small parcel back to a company that sent it to you using the SAME COURIER... I have now waited 3 days for a parcel to be collected. I spoke to a so called customer service advisor who was obviously trained to lie, stating that the courier came to collect on the agreed day but no one was home. So why was no card left? A man from this company rang my buzzer and then came to my flat door, trying to get me to sign for parcels that were not mine. He kept pointing at a door in our corridor (which was a cupboard, with no number), insisting that it was Flat 5 and that I should take the parcels for them. I said that Flat 5 was upstairs.
