I used to send my goods by Parcel Force, and then I was recommended by a friend to switch to ipost parcels/UK Mail, the depot is a 5 minute drive from my business, and being able to book a drop off day and print off all the paperwork in advance is a great benefit. The web site has a lot of very useful information about packing parcels so they arrive safely. My husband took one carefully wrapped & very carefully addressed parcel to the local post office. Destination - The Philippines. Weighed less than 5kg. He nearly fainted when he was told £80-£100 postage, so duly returned home with said parcel. I trawled the internet & found ipost parcels. “Bare faced Lies”

I should have taken heed of advice to avoid this company but price enticed me. My parcel should have been uplifted today between 8am and 6pm. Had a mail telling me would be uplifted between 9.58 and 10.58. I needed this parcel uplifted and delivered by tomorrow so was waiting since 8am for the uplift. At 9.58 received an email saying " sorry we missed you" !!!!! bare faced lie they never came near my house checked the box no calling card. Very impressed with your drivers' iniative when I put the wrong collection address on my order! I've just moved business premises and forgot to check I'd put the new address on for collection. The driver turned up and instead of just turning away he called the depot and arranged for the driver in the right area to collect my parcels! Fantastic! I have sent a parcel to Sweden , 2nd parcel I have sent using IPOST . Should have known better as the first parcel wasn't delivered for 3 weeks and I was unable to contact anyone either through submitting their form( which doesn't appear to recognise Swedish postcode. My best friend lives in New Zealand and consequently I am quite often sending her packages of chocolate and other things to remind her of home. This has been the first time I've used ipostparcels... Wow! The courier collected the package from me on Friday morning within a 1 hour time slot which was texted to me before hand (very useful!) and by Tuesday it had already arrived in NZ. Generally good service but useless when anything goes wrong. Website used to be good for parcel tracking but now the links from teh parcel consignment no don't work so you have to trawl through menus to find the page.It used to give an expected delivery day but that has gone. Had a parcel delayed yesterday (due to van breakdown) but no info on tracker whether it should be delviered today or not. Just asked customer servce by live chat and they dont know. I Wish I had seen your Review before using IPost... they are useless!
I tried sending a parcel to The Philippines in May. It was not delivered, then I was told I needed to pay £47.77 in taxes and duties... but was never told how to do so. They are impossible to contact by phone or by their Online Chat. Their Online Contact service is rubbish, I have been given 3 different answers to my requests as to where the parcel is. In the last few days I have variously been told that the matter is closed ... that the parcel is being returned and ....that I can still pay the fees... but still no idea how... I am now as bewildered and confused as they are.
As she says DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I sent a parcel to Spain in December, to arrive just after Christmas, with presents for my nephews, toys, books, sweeties,... I contacted this company around 6-8 times because the parcel dis not arrive and there was not update whatsoever on the website, only that if had been dropped off (of course it was, I did it myself!). The parcel was put out ready for the driver to collect on Friday as booked, but only got collected on Monday. The driver never knocked, but I heard him and asked him to acknowledge his collection in future. He was not that happy with my comment, but think he got the message. “Furious against this service”

My parcel to an Ebayer has been in limbo for a week now. The company made two attempted deliveries without carding the recipient who was blissfully unaware of the attempted deliveries. The information online is absolutely unhelpful as it just says "delayed". When we finally realised what was happening the recipient called the courier to rearrange a delivery but missed the courier. 'm not sure whether to use this company again. For the first time using it, my experience was not the best. My boxes were supposed to be collected on Wednesday the 22nd of June 2016. I received a text in the morning saying that the delivery driver would arrive between 9:58 - 10:58. I was off work and in all day and kept looking out the window to see if anyone was here. I used Ipost originally to send things in the UK with no problems. On the 3rd occasion I used them to send an item to Italy. This is where it all went badly wrong. The delivery time was supposed to be 3-4 days , however it took two weeks and the customer service was appalling. I was advised by the courier service they use that the package had been sent to the wrong depot by mistake, so one week later my parcel was still in the UK.
