I would never recommend this company or use them again. Last August I sent a parcel via them, a box which you would have thought, as it measured 80cm x 40cm could not be lost too easily. The parcel went to Lanzarote and was requested be returned by me after the postal office in lanzarote did not receive the 50 euros from the recipient for its delivery as she could not afford it. I transferred the money to her via Western Union, which was for import and customs tax. However, even though she received the money she did not pay for the parcel to be delivered. So I made the request for its return. There followed months of messages back and forth with them, never from the same person and repeatedly asking for my Consignment number indicating that no one was even looking at the trail of messaging between us. Eventually, they told me that the matter had been passed to their Claims Department, after I gave them a breakdown of what the parcel contained. It did take me some time to list these items I admit. However, after asking them to transfer this matter to a senior Manager to be looked into they failed to do so.
The last messages I received from them, was that as the matter had now being going on for over 6 months, it had dropped off their system, and there was no information at all about me or the parcel on it any more! How this could happen when it had already been transferred to the Claims Department? It is just unacceptable customer service.
This parcel has never been returned and if this is how their system works it is disgusting. I have made sure everyone I know and work for would never consider this company.
