We paid ipost to pick up a small suitcase from Purple Parking London and dispatch it back to us, saving me go pick it up. After 14 phone calls I had to go get it myself because ipost call centres are manned by poorly paid workers who hate their job and just pass you to another department. They lied constantly about it either being lost, picked up and waiting, or that Purple Parking refused to hand over the suitcase. I was eventually told by a ipost rep that I should report it and get compensated for the trouble. Can I do that I asked, Sure, they said, they will even pay you for the phone calls. Multiple messages to Ipost and 4 months on NO REPLY.

My advice: if it sounds to good to be true it is. Ipost are a waste of time and are unscrupulous
