Booked for collection to Australia on Thursday. I had paid for morning delivery Friday 8am -1pm. Card put through letterbox although I was at home. Card said would call again next working day I.e. Today Monday. I sent email Friday asking for morning collection again. It is now 7.15pm and I have been in all day, they have not collected. I have e mailed again to ask what is going on. No replies as yet. Paid Over £31 and guess from reviews I won't get refund. Don't know that I'd trust them to deliver never mind collect. Wish I'd read the appalling reviews before I paid for this joke of a service.
I award zero stars for this. Don't touch with a barge pole.
