I used this company to send a parcel for next day delivery. Midday came around and my parcel was collected - all well and good up to now.
Next day (being today) I check the tracking statues by logging into ipostparcels.com
I am informed that my parcel is delayed! I then decide to ring up (from a number I managed to get on the uk mail website (which is part of ipostparcels.com)
I didn't get an apology when I rang up, instead I am told due to heavy traffic in Exeter it won't be delivered today, instead it will be delivered tomorrow!
I then proceed to fill out a claim form as I am certainly due some form of compensation for this.
I am then messaged back and given compensation.
The compensation being 90 pence!
What a joke. I will never use this company to send parcels again.
