Utterly useless service

Arranged next day delivery for an item which was needed urgently. Package picked up mid morning. It should have been delivered on following day by 5pm latest. Nothing arrived and the phone lines close at 5pm so no-one available to talk to! Tried live chat facility, also useless as they can only email the carrier and let you know the next day! Not much use when package was supposed to have been delivered earlier that day. No compensation apparently, regardless of late delivery and an email response, with few words having correct spelling, stating sorry no refund available! Tried a second email with more detail the next day and got an identical email response, word for word, so a waste of time. Website says there is a refund policy for late delivery but after it is booked and delivered late, it becomes apparent that this is only on certain services! Not at all clear on the website.

Would definitely not use this company again, totally unprofessional and absolutely no customer service to speak of. Avoid at all cost and stick to UPS, DHL or other professional courier companies!
