I've used for a while...things were ok until they lost a parcel. The Customer Service department is reasonable but the claims department isn't - you hit a brick wall where they make their own rules (which aren't even publicized in their site) and basically they decided what they'll refund you if they lose a parcel...
The real problem is that the company who's responsible for losing or damaging your goods is another (in my case it was CityLink - Interparcel is just a broker) and it is clear that Interpacel policy is to pass loss/damage costs to small customers like myself - they don't hit the biggies like CityLink - who are responsible for losing/damaging your parcel.
So, if things go wrong, Interparcel punish you the user (and the one who generate their income and that of CityLink too!!!)
