After spending thousands of pounds with Interparcel over the past 6 years I have been threatened with legal action over a disputed wrongly size boxed , they have told me I need to pay £22.20. As the customer no longer has the box
I cannot confirm this and have to take there word for it that a mistake has been made I also want o know if that is the actual difference in the cost or they are adding administration charges to this...
You cannot speak to anyone in that department customer services will not give
there number out they will only deal with you with emails .
They have said I can no longer use them until it is paid, I have no intention of ever using them again.
