Interparcel is a company run by people with real concern in regard to giving customer satisfaction at all times!
The true test of a company's worth I believe, is not by any mistakes that they make, but rather with by how they deal with them.
When recently using Interparcel to send an item, I misunderstood the procedure in my area and caused some confusion which required the third part carriers to change their collection point. This resulted in confusion further down the line and the parcel was temporarily 'lost' but then all ended fine. Before arriving at this satisfactory outcome, numerous emails etc. were sent between myself and Interparcel and also between them and third party carriers over the course of 2-3 days.
I cannot fault Interparcel's service. Emails are always answered and with the minimum of delay and there was always a helpful person responding to my queries. I was always updated and every effort was made to trace my parcel, and all this at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Interparcel in this world where one is all too often treated with disdain.
