We regretfully used them and our parcel never got delivered!

I was returning some goods to a PO Box address and even though Interparcel knew they would not deliver to the PO Box address they took my booking with the PO Box address and took my payment, even though they never intended to deliver, afterwards they pointed me to their small print of not delivering to PO Boxes, but at the time they were happy to carry on with processing my order and take my money!

They are a disgusting company, I will be seeking my money through my bank, even though it wasn’t much they can’t carry on doing that to people.

Luckily there are now many better and reputable companies doing this sort of service, so will NOT be using Interparcel again!
