" Guaranteed picked up is ONLY Guaranteed on "Guaranteed Next Day" If the word Guarantee is in there, then they Do Not have to Pick up your item that day. Even if they logo (Falsely says) Collection Today"

I send 30 packages a week. not a massive amount but business is business right?
Package was meant to be collected by TNT. they never showed. this was a back and forth between tnt and interparcel. TNT claimed that they didn't receive my booking until aster 2pm ( after 2pm being TNT's cut off time)
InterParcel claimed they sent my booking over 10 minutes after my payment went though (1pm)
I was told by tnt since the payment was made to a 3rd party company they had no interest in helping.
Interparcel were at first unwilling to refund me but after cancelling the booking( and the failed collection) but after alot of back and forth they agreed to refund me. i will be pushing further for them to pay for Guaranteed next day as i have had to refund a clients shipping.
